What Success Looks Like
at KDS

Remote sales specialist working consultatively on phone and headset from home office

A PLUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED

Previous experience in debt relief, mortgage, lending, insurance, financial services, high-ticket sales, inside sales or other consultative sales environments would be valuable.

Experience working remotely, using CRMs, managing a sales pipeline, making outbound calls or working in a commission-based role would also be a plus.

But I wouldn't require debt-settlement experience. If you're trying to recruit A-players, I would rather find an exceptional closer from mortgage or another high-ticket industry who is hungry and coachable than limit your candidate pool to people who already worked in debt settlement.

This is something the example site doesn't have that I think KDS should.

We don't want candidates wondering what “high performance” means.

At KDS, success isn't subjective.

Debt Specialists are expected to consistently build and manage their pipeline, maintain strong appointment activity, follow the KDS sales process, convert qualified opportunities, maintain accurate CRM documentation, meet compliance standards, participate in coaching and training, and continually improve their performance.

Your results matter. How you achieve those results matters just as much.
